Happiness – How to be happy

Sometimes the best thing you can do is not think, not wonder, not imagine,  just breathe and have faith everything will work for the best.
Five ways you can work on being happy –
1) Intention to be happy that is choosing happiness for happiness helps enhance interpersonal skills enhance career skills and enhance self management
happiness depends upon your emotions and on relationships, be forgiving and forget full, have bad memory for bad things in your life and shut the brain by choosing.

2) Gratitude building –  practice daily you may move away from despair and bitterness

3) Foster forgiveness – if you are hurt
(i) recall the hurt
(ii) empathize try to understand the act from other’s point of view
(iii) think you must have been forgiven some time in your life
(iv) commit to put your forgiveness in words
(v) hold onto forgiveness
if we don’t forgive we get chronic stress, OCD, depression, anxiety which are bad for mental health

4) Counteract negative thoughts and feelings to improve your mental hygiene, you can control your weakness as compared to your unconscious feeling by
(i) meditation
(ii) rhythmic breathing
(iii) yoga
(iv) relaxation
Remove helplessness by accomplishing thoughts and feel good

5) Money can’t buy happiness

6) Foster friendship – social ties, family ties, friendship with like minded people

7) engage in meaningful activities
Some people possess genes that Foster happiness. Certain thought patterns and interpersonal skills also help. so choose to be happy

1) Apple

3) nuts cashew almond Hazel Brazil nut
4) lean meats chicken
5) Salman fish Omega 3 dark green leafy veggies
6) fibre beans fruits whole grains veggies
7) Fruits
8) coffee tea dark chocolate
9) breakfast and frequent meals
10) exercise
