--We have come across patients who saved one hundred rupees by not consulting dentist once a year. This resulted in cavities left unchecked.
--These patients visited the dentist and again saved few hundred rupees by not getting a dental filling done as prescribed by the doctor!!!
--Couple of years later the same tooth required Root canal treatment which costs a little more than filling. The patient again ignores the doctors advice.
--Within a year or two, this tooth requires extraction and replacement by implant. This process is costlier than root canal treament.
--By this time the patient starts complaining of high prices of dental treatment.
Please THINK : Was saving one hundred rupees worth it?
You end up spending over 250 times of the consultation cost by saving that initial hundred rupees.
