Ayurvedic consultant (paanchbhautic ayaurveda) at dr. mansi's aayuttam ayurvedic clinic sep 2005 - present · more than 16 yrs borivali, mumbai paanchabhautic ayurveda it is a special part of ayurved which works at micro level to eliminate disease from root principles of paanch- bhautic ayurveda- "as in nature so in body” universe is made of five basic elements – earth (earth), water( aap), fire ( tej), air( vaayu), space( aakash). any disturbance in their balance leads to natural disaster like hazards of global warming….to stabalise tej element in nature, water element inceases leading to tsunami or earth elements distorts leading to earthquakes etc. panchbhautic ayurveda states that ‘as in nature so in body’. body also constitutes of these same five basic elements pruthvi, aap, tej, vaayu and aakash.any imbalance in these maha-bhutas (five elements) lead to disease, disorder. so balancing of these mahabhutas leads to disease free state. special method of examination- disturbance in equilibrium of these elements causes accumulation of energy/toxins at certain points in the body. the patient is called for check up empty stomach to check up for these points by palpation and percussion. special self made ayurvedic medicines- at ‘mansi clinic’ the medicines are made from pure herbs according to the described methods of preparations in the ayurvedic granth. these medicines restores the balance in diseased people and help to maintain balance in healthy people. the medicines are very potent hence very minute quantity is sufficient. hence the medicines are easy to consume and easy to carry.
