Dr.Sameera Desai Gupta- Physio - occupational therapist & Specialist in
Sports medicine and weight loss management Dr.Gupta, always knew
she'd pick a profession that contributes to the society and focusing on
people welfare.Belonging to a background of learned and experienced
doctors, she selected medical science and qualified as physio -
occupational therapist from one of Indias top medical college Seth
G.S.Medical College,Mumbai and a certified specialist in sports medicine
and weight loss management. Dr.Gupta is also certified from the American
College of Sports Medicine in 2017.
She started her practice in 1997 and spent 23 years+ of her life treating
patients with ailments and drawing focus to a fitter and healthier lifestyle.
Currently,Head-of-Department at the physiotherapy centre at Sujay
hospital, Mumbai since 2005 and also recently opened a new set up in
Bandra,Dr.Gupta takes keen interest in empowering revolution medical
wellness.She believes in a 360 degree holistic approach to analysing,
treating and healing, hence she formulated a program - The power of
360,paying close attention to fitness and over-all health program in a
medically routed wellness program with science of nutrition and
physiotherapy.
Dr.Sameera Gupta has been a Sports medicine & Fitness Expert wherein
she has conducted various workshops and seminars on fitness for students
and staff.
She has also worked as an on call Sports therapist for various football and
throwball matches being conducted for JUHU HAMARA.
She has successfully created a mark for herself as a renowned Doctor and
has delivered lectures at various organisations. She is the medical director
of Dr.Sameera's Physioslim clinic at Sujay hospital & N M Meducal
Centre,Khar wherein she treats patients suffering from all kinds of
orthopaedic conditions along with Diabetes,PCOD and Thyroid
problems,Blood pressure etc.She is are treating the patients in the best,
fastest and smartest way to slimness along with physio therapy which
makes it a medically routed wellness program Physio slim centre in
Mumbai,a health and wellness centre not only focusing on physical and
mental health by providing solutions in a holistic manner.
She has won innumerable accolades for her contribution to the society,

with a better medical & fitness support.
She is associated with NGO's like the Archana Trust Suburban and worked
for various orthopaedic and cancer medical camps with them and also
devoted time for the betterment of their old age home.Shehas been an
active member of the Rotary Mumbai Divas who work with the Bandra
Cancer Society and now with Rotary club of Mumbai Elegant & has been
helpful various other services with the association like fund raising for
paediatric cardiovascular surgeries and other organ donations etc.
Gupta's motto and drive was always to do great work; crediting it to
constant support from her family.She has managed to make a successful
career while maintaining a healthy balance between her work and personal
life.
She enjoys life with a perfect blend of fitness by participating in marathons
and her passion for travelling around the world gives her zest for life .
Her belief, from the day she started until today has been "there is no
