I was told the therapists are highly experienced. Is it so ? Surprising they Completed in 1 hour 10 minutes. Shortcuts ? No guiding customer if we have to use soap or not ...nothing. I used shower gel on face because dis not know what to do. Later when I enquired, they said no you must not, etc . This should have been advised to me beforehand. Am doing this service for the first time. Can see a stark contrast to the responsible doctors and staff at,Aster hospital Ayurveda. Facial massage was so poor - in a tearing hurry as they need to complete. Have informed all the above to Apoorva. My first impression is a worst one ...sorry to say and very very surprised this is Shatayu! Below average overall !
