There is a bit of over- stretch to Vaishnavi attention and over lap of more than 3 patients at a time. This makes supervision poor. The other therapist barely notice or take action in case of poor posture Also expect a bit of explanation to what you are going trough for that dayto be more comfortable with pain. She is has great attitude, is polite and courteous but lacks relevant communication.

One of the worst experience waiting to see a doctor. I did a walkin and was told there is going to be a maximum of an hour waiting time but it took more than 2 hours to finally see the doctor. I got this survey link long before I could even see the doctor. I am currently waiting to buy the medicines that I am supposed to collect from here but no one is present in pharmacy and hardly anybody is even bothering to acknowledge.

Its a mixed sort of experience...the doctor is very very experienced and we have known him for 3 years but the consulatation procedure though we made prior appointment had delays and post doctor consultation the meeti g with physio doctor has been greatly delayed and after meeting with her she has immediately diagnosed the problem appreciate her talent and abilities but post crays we expected a combined discussion with both ortho doctor and the physio doctor which dis not happen as doctors were busy...at the end we were little confused and came home with several questions ...they did soend a good amount if fine explaining things and treatment plan but would like to ahve a printed prescription or description of the diagnosis made for our understandiand future reference...over all the doctirs are really good and experienced but the differroom co sulations and discussions some gaps in communviation eats can be stream lined fir better patient satisfaction and experience

The X-ray which I used to get done at 500 outside I paid 800 for the same X ray. The physiotherapy sessions which I took for months after the surgery then I paid 600 per session and here I am paying 900 per session. Overall I would like to suggest to work on your pricing. It’s very overly priced.
