Sorry to say that the appointment management is so poor. Reception staffs are not welcoming.. its a dental clinic but ,there is no smile in face. While we call on phone, staff attitude was not pleasant… Its not good to give similar appointment slots to multiple patients… we have waited 1 hr to meet the Dr even we came on time. Need more professionalism and customer care. Doctors are good, and compassionate… Its better if you can switch on the waiting area ac..

I have known both Doctors since the opened clinic here at Moonamkutty. I have gone through several treatments such as filling, extraction,RCT, Crown fixing, Wisdom tooth removal etc. I have always been very satisfied with the treatment, quality and also the service. Staffs might keep changing, so I don't want to comment on it . But both Drs are the best. They take the best course of action and always make sure to educate the patient to make the right choices. They also offer budget solutions to people who cannot afford expensive treatment. My whole family too visits just dent for any dental consultation. I am happy to have met both Dr's.

The exceptionally noticeable areas of JustDent Clinic are professionalism, punctuality, scheduling, clarity on procedures, hygiene, welcoming and capable doctors and nursing staff, patient satisfaction, and affordability. As for Dr Anuja John; she is highly dedicated and has a magical touch to soothe and cure the patient. I had multiple sessions with her over the last 20 days, partially due to my current dental issues as well as from those aggravated by previous procedures. I was always perplexed as to why my capped tooth of seven years was continually giving me pain, why one of my teeth suddenly started to project outwards, and a host of other issues. Finally, the answers I received from Dr Anuja seemed convincing and the complex treatment is progressing with utmost precision, and my absolute satisfaction. Thank you, Dr Anuja; I am grateful

Every time i visited, the consultation starts 1.5hrs late. Last time my appointment was at 3 and it starts by 4:30. Today my time was 10 and its 11:17 now and im still waiting. I know its hard but try to maintain the schedule time for patients. Its ok to wait 10 or 15 min. But every time waiting for more than 1 hr is painful. Please try to fix that. Other than that everything is perfect.Clean and welcoming environment and treatment is amazing. Everyone who works here knows all the patients which is so great.
