The Topic was "Full Mouth Rehabilitation with Low Bone Availability: Treatment Planning and Surgical Procedure"
Strong message to the society- Prevention is better than cure and Do not delay your treatment to avoid the complexity and financial burden. Dentistry is not costly, Delay is!
Message to the Dental Surgeons- Keep Patient Centric approach and Keep learning. It's always best to reduce the complexity of the procedures with newer technology and skill development.

A case of Deep proximal caries...I advised RCT but patient was not local reaident when I advised....so he went to his native place & got treatment from Dentist there. He was told that RCT has been done. But when he again visited me I took the X ray.
In the pre-op x ray that radio opacity near 47 is GIC filling....yes it is....& it played a good role in bone loss as well as gingival recession....
Then I started proper treatment.

અકસ્માત થયા પછી દાંત ટુટી જાય ત્યારે ધ્યાનમાં રાખવા જેવી બાબતો:
Dr Milind Jariwala
1). તુટેલો દાંત / દાંતનો ટુકડો દૂધ અથવા દર્દીના લાળરસમાં સાચવી રાખવો.
2). જ્યારે દાંતના ડોક્ટર પાસે જાવ ત્યારે સાચવેલ દાંત લઈ જવો.
૩). તેના પહેલા દાંતને ચોક્ખા પાણી થી સાફ કરી દેવો.
૪). શક્ય હોઈ એટલું ઝડપથી ડેન્ટીસ્ટ ની મુલાકાત લેવી.
૫). અકસ્માત પછી દુ:ખાવો ન હોઈ તો પણ ડેન્ટીસ્ટ ની મુલાકાત લેવી જોઈએ.
૬). તમારો તુટેલો દાંત શક્ય હોઈ તો પાછો તેની મૂળ જગ્યા પર લગાડી શકાય.

A case of deep proximal caries in tooth 46...
Completed nicely with endostar E3 rotary system.
Hand filling till no 15K file..
Then full preparation done with E3 files in 1st visit.
Distal & lingual canal preparation till 20°6%
Buccal canal prepared till 30°4%.
1st day irrigation with sodium hypochlorite & endo activator.
2nd day irrigation with normal saline.
Sealer coated with canal brush by coltene.
At the apex of distal root is sealer.
Completed nicely with endostar E3 rotary system.
Hand filling till no 15K file..
