Initially all looked to be rosy. Post the injection, the surgeon messed it up. The operation theatre never looked like an OTR. The operator was more concerned over his mobile phone talking to someone in Telugu. The surgeon injected the local anaesthesia correct. Even the L4, L5 spine was perfect but messed up the S1, she pierced the needle multiple times stating she is hitting the bone everytime n even stating Sorry to me. She somehow got through it n I was discharged. All was well for 2 days but later the injected region backfired n reacted with sepsis n unbearable pain. I rushed to so called 'Praana Management Centre' and they gave-up stating to consult Neuro-surgeon one Dr. Bhaskar at Hyderabad. I even shared all the reports via wassup. As I could not fly to their Headoffice at Hyderabad nor could I wait for his appointment n procedure to all over to Bangalore n get treated. Instead i chose Apollo hospital n I was immediately admitted n operated the next day looking at the grevious nature of injury. I'm discharged and recovered fine. I spoke to Praana Reception and said the spokesperson so called Mrs. Sanya madam has been fired n Mounisha is her replacement. I even spoke to Mounisha madam n shared all reports from Apollo. I hav humbly requested for a full or part refund of Rs.45000 for all the pain n agony i went through without lodging and FIR as it a criminal offence. I am still awaiting for their reply, still no response. I hope they make a favourable reply at the earliest. Thanks, Pratap B.

I had good experience on the clinic and found good staff and good discussion on my knee pain as I had 5 sessions for my both knees pain. My knee pain is completely gone down say around 95% l am through. I need to do physiotherpy I recommend who are having knee pain kindly visit this clinic and get rid the pain

Almost 2 hours I awaited. Receptionist should not take an appointment on call if doctors are not available. It's just frustrated. I think it's a follow up after procedure hence not given priority. Please make sure you are committing what you promised to your patient.

I was admitted for a back pain treatment Dr . Kalpana was very patient and answerd all my back related questions thoroughly,which is helped my anxiety.
