Doctor was very good, knowledgeable, talks politely and explains everything to the patient , unfortunately the reception staff was disappointing, they were not responsive and lacked basic courtesy in their interactions,they were very rude, not treating the patients properly, I hope doctor sathyasri takes care of this issue.

Nurse is not wearing mask correctly & asking everyone to wear mask. Medical shop don't have mask & she is also not wearing mask. No where in hospital it is written mask mandatory but unprofessionally nurse is saying mask not for entering in hospital it is mandatory in doctor room
