I had 8yr daughter with needle inserted for saline purpose. I had called sarkar for timings regarding sonography they said 10.30am but when I reached there at around 11am , already 6 patients where waiting for operator who wasn’t on time. Hence i had 1hr waiting for my turn which would start after operator arrival. I immediately went to other lab, carried out my test and returned home very quickly. Just a suggestion that if u want to be in business train ur staff to be on time or else customers would already have other options. Its just our doctor guided to reach sakar.
