I recently visited your clinic to have my eyes checked. After the examination, I experienced discomfort in my eyes, which I suspect might have been caused by the drops administered during the checkup. Despite waiting for a week, the issue did not resolve, and I had to revisit the clinic. During this second visit, I was charged an additional ₹185 (₹50 + ₹135), which added to my dissatisfaction. Furthermore, after my initial visit to your clinic, I developed an eye infection, which I believe may have originated from the procedures conducted at your facility. This has been a very unpleasant experience for me as a patient. I kindly request that you ensure proper treatment and care for your patients moving forward. Such incidents can severely impact trust and satisfaction with your services. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving patient care to avoid similar situations in the future.

Some dust particle gone into my eyes.The nurse outside put 2 drops in my eyes. With that i really feel comportable and relax. I asked doctor for the same drops name but she refuse to give name. I dont understand why ? She wrote some other drops from which i am not really okey and comfortable. Tomorrow i am travelling abroad. Please gave me the name of that drop, which that nurse use to gave me.

Experience was quite a good one. Dr. Dhavat Sukharamwala is very kind, empathic and knowledgeable doctor, I felt least uncomfortable under his operation. He guided very well. I would also like to suggest 2 things to the hospital from my experience, 1. I am provided with plane glass but you should also give black glasses specially made for cataract surgery patients (you may include the charges in bill) 2. There should be a use of some transparent shield over an operated eye for short term use as there is a risk of hurting an eye unknowingly. Other wise, I am very happy to with the treatment. Thank you.
