Today I went for colony cleansing that is kashayam basti..... Soorya assisted and done the therapy excellent .... Not only this all the procedures done by thek are very well, the staff from the begining of panchakarma procedure assisted and guided me at each step very well. First I consulted Dr. Laxmi for my gastric and IBS issue, she explained everything very well and I felt overwhelmed by her explanation I gained a hope. After that Dr. Dhatri ma'am handled my snehapana procedure and therapists soorya, sharoop assisted and helped me at each step. Then my vamana and virechana were handled well by Dr. pallavi, she is also very kind and skilled doctor. Coming to massages and steam therapy soorya has done excellent job, she is so skill full lady. sharoop also adviced about the diet and do's and don't s well, they guided us each and every step, follow up was also good. Shathayu is an excellent ayurvedic clinic one must visit that clinic for their long term issues.

Purnima is a good therapist - this feedback is not for her but for the staff manager The team that manages the center and appointments needs to get better First, staff don’t wear masks consistently-pls correct this Second, the fans are filthy in the rooms and I alerted the manager to have them cleaned Third, in day 1 there was nobody at the reception desk for quite some time (afternoon time) and my treatment was delayed by 15 mins and no one came to alert me to the delay until I spoke up

Excellent service by Ganguly, he has personally followed up for all the treatment schedule and ensured atmost care, he tried is best for the release of frozen shoulder, however did not receive relief from it, seems like it is a different issue altogether. Thank you Ganguly.
