પ્રતિ શ્રી , ડૉ.સુરેષભાઈ જે. પરમાર શ્રી રાધે ક્રિષ્ના રેટિના હોસ્પિટલ સી 25 રામનગર રામમંત્ર મંદિર પાછળ કાળીયાબીડ. સાહેબ શ્રી, મારી બન્ને આંખમા જામર ની તકલીફ છે મે ભાવનગરમાં ઘણા આંખના ડૉકટરો પાસે આંખ ની સારવાર કરાવેલ છે. મારી મુખ્ય ફરીયાદ બન્ને આંખમાં ખૂજબ ચળ (ખંજવાળ) આવતી હતી પરંતુ ઘણા ડૉ.સાહેબનું કહેવું હતું કે આંખ માં ચળ(ખંજવાળ) તો આવશેજ આ અરસામાં મારી પાસે સૌરાષ્ટ્ર સમાચારની હેલો ફોનની ડીરેક્ટરી (ચોપડી) આવી આમાં તમારું નામ અને દવાખાનાનું એડ્રેસ જાઈને હું તમારી પાસે આંખની તપાસ માટે આવ્યો તમે કાવજી પૂર્વક બધીજ રીતે આંખની તપાસ કરીને મને દવા તથા ટીપા લખી આપેલ આથી મને ચળ(ખંજવાળ) માં ખુબજ મોટી રાહત થઈ છે આપનો સ્ટાફ મને આપના વિનમ્ર પૂર્ણ જવાબ થી મને ખુબજ શાંતી અને મારી આંખબચવાનો પૂર્ણ અંકેત મળી ગયો છે આપના દવાખાનાની સર્વીસ - A-one - એ વન છે. લી આપનો વિશ્વાસું પેશન્ટ સોલંકી રમણીક વૃજલાલ. પ્રભુદાસ તળાવ , ભાવનગર. મો.9727809248 તા. 17/10/2024 બતાવેલ તારીખ HAPPY DIWALI & HAPPY NEW YEAR✨️
