Service was good but four stars for the charges , the charges was 1100 both ear cleaning when I enquired. But I paid almost double.they should clear to the customer before giving services if it is complicated and if there will be additional charges for the same. Overall service was good

My 80yr old mum was so upset and restless due to her hearing issue but than somebody told me about Dr. Vikas Kumar new clinic in vikas puri and i took my mum there. Dr. Vikas was so friendly and helpful,firstly explained the issue and than started the procedure and while we were half way through my mum said oh wow i can hear now. Dr. Vikas explained throughout the process and took his time to make sure everything goes smoothly. Funny thing is now my mum can hear more than me. Thankyou Dr. Vikas kumar
