My doctor understands my individual concerns and addresses them and repeatedly reviews the progress. I am satisfied with the stadium improvement. I feel based on my age and other considerations I am enjoying the rehab workout and release sessions (including deep release by John Peter) The combination of a regulated planned diet and exercise is making me feel good, and I am sure will be very beneficial in the slightly longer run.

Nikhil is highly competent. The exercises he makes me do are very good, working several muscles during each circuit. He is very knowledgeable about his work - he patiently answers any questions I have about the exercises, explaining the purpose of each exercise and when why he is making the modifications he makes. He also suggests effective recovery strategies, and small things to feel better throughout the day. He is also very patient.
