Not very courteous when he’s late or has other patients. Should be able to say - sorry for the delay and thank you for waiting. Even after I got in at 12:50 for a 1 PM appointment, I was made to wait until 1:25. Even inside the clinic he was busy looking at his laptop for whatever reason. That’s just disrespectful
