First of all clinic doesn’t have doctors room to discuss the observations made on 1st time consultation, only reception and other room where actual treatment does. 2nd thing she will not say all the issues at once, she will reveal one after other one like how Mutton stall boy asks do want breast piece or heart piece. She will say we need to remove teeth and next day cap required and very next visit cavity there for other teeth’s and need to do Drill and fill thing and charge for each teeth. I will suggest to doctor to have paper and do initial screening and list out all issues on paper.

Today was the 4th sitting for root canal treatment. Dr Mustafa had given me an appointment at 11 AM. First of all till 10:53 AM the clinic wasn't even opened. At 11 AM the Doctor called the nurse and asks if I can come by 1 PM, for which I said no. Doctor said he's coming in 15 minutes. I waited till 11:20 AM, called Dr Neetu, complained and walked out. Such an unprofessional and casual attitude, sorry it's not acceptable
