Totally useless front desk staff. Many patients have said he is rude and careless. In my particular case (this is 2nd, 1st was pathetic), we didn't visit (due to his attitude) but despite that we got a message: "thanks for visiting...". All the needed precautions taken during this coronavirus pandemic, like maintaining limited patients to scrutinizing the entry to sanitising on entry and only 1 person responsible to operate the main gate. The only drawback I found was on parking space, which on informing was taken care of.

Though our appointment started a bit late which we understand but over all experience at the clinic and with Dr Ashish Arora was just superb ! I had gone for the prostrate ultrasound for my father who is 92 years old and being so old, I had so far not come across any Ultrasound Clinic which is friendly to such old aged person ! But this place and Dr Ashish provided that comfort right from waiting place to entire process of the tests !! Staff is friendly and Dr Ashish extremely responsive and communicative with patient !
