About Dr. Rumin Shah

Dr. Rumin B Shah is a Consultant Physician in Vadodara who has been in clinical practice for over 25 years. Currently, Dr. Shah consults at Jagruti Clinic (Dandia Bazar) and Race Course Endocrine and Heart Clinic (Race Course Circle). He is also attached to the Ambalal Sarabhai Health Foundation, Yogini Vasantidevi Arogya Mandir, Bhailal Amin General Hospital, and Sterling Hospital.

Dr. Rumin Shah completed his MBBS and MD (Medicine) from Medical College and SSG Hospital, Vadodara. He then served as Senior Registrar in the Department of Cardiology at Jaslok Hospital, Mumbai (1986-87). His main areas of interest are Diabetes, Non-Invasive Cardiology, Hypertension and Dyslipidaemia.

Dr. Shah regularly attends scientific meetings, conferences and symposia at the international, national and state levels, to keep himself updated on trends and developments in his area of specialisation. He is actively involved in the events of the Association of Physicians of Gujarat - he was Chairman of the Scientific Committee for the 2007 conference, and Quiz Master at the 2011 conference. Dr. Shah also participates as a speaker or faculty at various forums and has delivered many lectures in Vadodara and nearby towns such as Anand, Godhra, Khambhat, Dahod, Surat and Bharuch.
